The Butte County Farm Bureau produces a bi-monthly newsletter called the Butte County Farm Bureau News. In it we highlight local, statewide, and national issues we feel are important. The newsletter also contains columns including:

• "Membership Update" — provides inportant updates and information regarding FB membership and benefits
• "Ag Commissioners Corner" — with important updates from Butte County Ag Commissioner Richard Price
• "Member Profile" — which profiles BCFB Business Members (if you're a current BCFB business member and are interested in being profiled for an upcoming newsletter, please contact the BCFB office at 533-1473)

Advertising in the Butte County Farm Bureau News is a great way to get your business noticed by the community! Every other month, the Butte County Farm Bureau News is mailed to nearly 2,200 Farm Bureau members. Additional copies are also made available to the public (free of charge) at various businesses throughout the county.

Advertising in the Butte County Farm Bureau News starts at the extremely low rate of $8 per column inch for BCFB members; and $10 per column inch for non-BCFB members. Although we welcome any size needed by the advertiser, some of our most common sizes include 2x2 (business card); 2x4; and 5x6 (half page).

• One Year Agreements — all one year ad agreements (6 consecutive issues) receive a 10% discount off regular ad rates.
  
  
• Color — full color ads are available for an additional $100 per issue. This is great for larger ads, where you want to really get the readers attention!
  
  
• Inserts — insert ads are a great way to advertise, and give you the most "bang for your buck". Our insert price is based per 500- with a one thousand minimum. Cost is $50 per 500- we recommend you do 2,500 inserts to cover all BCFB newsletters ($250). Here's the deal- you provide the inserts (can be color, glossy, double-sided, etc- there is no extra charge) to BCFB. We insert them & get your ad out to potential customers! Inserts must be smaller than 10" wide by 6" tall when folded.
